Introduction
My name is Nikola Sokol and I am an all-round creative individual with a great variety of hobbies and ambitions. I've studied at the University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam, where I've earned my Bachelor's degree in IT and Game Design, but on top of that also have a Minor in Creative Writing. I have professional knowledge of multiple programming languages and today I mostly keep myself busy learning more about Game Design, UX Design, Logo Design and Graphic Design wherever I get the chance.
A Bit About Me
Over the course of my studies, I've gotten the chance to explore many sides of the IT industry and have often found that I enjoy the visual side of things the most. At school I simply loved thinking about game ideas, brainstorming about game concepts and possibilities during projects. Even today I still often catch myself writing detailed documents about game ideas, how their world should look, how their economy should work and what the narrative should tell. Obviously I've played one too many open-world games and watched a lot of fantasy movies, but being a total gamer I've always been obsessed with both. I also find remarkable pleasure in organizing things, writing documentation and keeping things nice and tidy. However, most of my free time I spend on my hobbies, where you'll find me either producing house music, doing sports or simply being outside and socializing.
